Refund and Return Policy

I understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations, and you may wish to request a return, refund, or exchange. You are welcome to return your item(s) within 20 days of the delivery date, as long as they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be completed and reflected on your original payment method.

If you received a damaged or faulty item, please notify me as soon as possible—within 20 days of receiving your order. I will issue a refund or process an exchange free of charge, based on your preference.
Kindly email your order number with “Faulty/Broken Item” in the subject line.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for unused and non‑damaged items.
To request an exchange, please send an email with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the new exchanged item.

Return Responsibility

Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure they are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit, and keep your tracking number for your records.
