I understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations, and you may wish to request a refund. You are welcome to return the item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date to receive a refund or exchange, provided the item(s) are unused and in their original condition.

 

​If you received a damaged item, please return it to us as soon as possible from the date of receipt. I will issue a refund or process an exchange free of charge based on your preference. Kindly send an email with your order number and include "Faulty/Broken Item" in the subject line.​

Please note that returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us. Therefore, ensure they are properly packed to prevent any damage during transit. Make sure to keep track of your tracking number.
